Dream Believe Inspire Home Care (DBI Home Care) is currently hiring experienced and dependable caregivers for an upcoming case on the east side of Indianapolis (near 34th & Emerson area).
This is a high-acuity, full-care client. We are looking for caregivers who are confident providing total, hands-on care and can handle a consistent evening/night schedule.
Schedule:
- Evening / Night Shift
- Approximately 56 total hours per week (split between 2 caregivers)
- Consistent, long-term case
Client Care Needs:
This client is bedbound and requires full assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
Responsibilities include:
- Full assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Repositioning and bed care
- Incontinence care and toileting
- Feeding assistance
- Monitoring comfort and safety
- Providing companionship
Client condition:
- Bedbound with extremely limited mobility
- Some head movement and partial use of one hand
- History of multiple strokes and heart attacks
Additional Requirement:
- Must be comfortable around dogs (dog-friendly home)
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with bedbound or total care clients
- Comfortable with full hands-on assistance
- Reliable and consistent (critical coverage case)
- Calm, patient, and compassionate
- Strong communication and professionalism
Compensation:
