Join our dynamic team as a Cashier, Customer Service Associate, and Dinosaur Trainer or become our Dinosaur Entertainer (all shifts). As a Trainer, you will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, manages transactions with precision, and brings prehistoric creatures to life through engaging demonstrations. Your enthusiasm and multitasking skills will create memorable experiences for guests while ensuring smooth retail operations. Responsibilities

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through their experience.
• Conduct product demos and educational presentations about dinosaurs to engage guests of all ages.
• Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-organized and inviting.
• Upsell related items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain phone etiquette when handling inquiries or reservations over the phone with professionalism.
• Supervise junior team members during shifts, providing guidance on customer interactions and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends (i.e. Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus to connect with diverse guests.
• Enthusiasm for dinosaurs or educational entertainment is a bonus!
• Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this lively role.
