Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. You will help manage day to day operations, serve as a product expert and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive. We prefer someone who has some knowledge with flower names. Must be available to rotate locations in Tustin and Costa Mesa.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support in person and over the phone.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Answer phone calls
- Assist in processing sales transactions, including cash handling when necessary.
- Utilize our system for orders and online orders
- Cut, process, and organize flowers in cooler
- Maintain a clean cooler
- Water plants regularly
Skills
- Spanish and English preferred
- Proven experience in sales or client services, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer and register skills.
