Role: Director - Enterprise Rapid Response

Location: Cincinnati OH, Onsite

Duration: 6 - 12 months

Pay rate: $80/hour W2 Only, client will not consider C2C

Job summary:

\n

The Enterprise Rapid Response Director is responsible for building, leading, and continuously maturing the organization’s capability to detect, assess, and coordinate response to urgent cybersecurity exposures. This function is purpose-built to address zero-day vulnerabilities, pre-CVE and non-CVE threats, vendor advisories, third-party product exposures, and cloud exposure events—before they escalate into confirmed incidents.

• Enterprise Rapid Response Leadership & Strategy

\n

• Exposure Assessment & Coordination

\n

• Authoritative Tracker & Remediation Ownership

\n

• Handoffs and escalation coordination

\n

• Governance, Risk and regulatory alignment

\n

• Program Ownership and organizational leadership

\n

• Post response reviews and continuous improvement

\n

\n

\n

Required skills:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

\n

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or vulnerability management within large, complex enterprises.

\n

• 5+ years in leadership roles with responsibility for teams, programs, or enterprise functions.

\n

• Proven experience coordinating enterprise-scale exposure or vulnerability response with executive visibility.

\n

• Deep expertise in: enterprise security architecture; vulnerability and exposure management frameworks; risk management and regulatory environments.

\n

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making under pressure and drive accountability across matrixed organizations.
