How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, including programming, conceptual design, documentation, and construction administration.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals, design intent, and technical requirements are achieved.
- Develop and oversee construction documents using Revit while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Review project deliverables, construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Perform site visits, field observations, and construction administration activities to support successful project completion.
- Mentor junior architectural staff by providing technical guidance and supporting professional development.
Do you bring proven success in architectural project leadership?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program required.
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience with demonstrated project management responsibilities.
- Experience leading architectural projects from early design through construction completion.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
- Proficiency with Revit required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Florida architectural registration preferred; candidates eligible to obtain Florida licensure may be considered.
- Experience supporting Healthcare and/or K-12 projects preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for project site visits as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required.
