Core Java Backend Developer with Mule Integration
Location: Chicago, IL | Charlotte, NC | Texas

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Core Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in MuleSoft integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply best coding practices, and deliver high-performing solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Design and implement MuleSoft integrations for enterprise data and service orchestration.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to define technical requirements.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

5+ years of backend development experience with Core Java and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft ESB/API integrations.
Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
