Prairieland FS, Inc. is looking for an Energy Customer Service Intern to join our team! This is a great opportunity to learn how an energy business operates while working alongside experienced team members and serving customers throughout our communities.
What You'll Do
As an Energy Customer Service Intern, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Assist with customer service and day-to-day office operations.
- Answer phones, greet customers, and help respond to customer questions.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating customer needs.
- Learn about propane, petroleum products, and energy services.
- Help maintain customer records and enter information into company systems.
- Assist with billing, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Work with team members to support sales, service, and delivery operations.
- Gain exposure to the agricultural and energy industries.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities based on your interests and experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a related educational program.
- Interested in agriculture, energy, business, customer service, or a related field.
- Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and coworkers.
- Organized and able to pay attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to work independently while also being a team player.
Previous work experience is not required. We're looking for someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and make the most of their internship experience.
