Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team for a 13-week W2 contract assignment. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing high-quality patient care while supporting licensed therapists in outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients.</li>
<li>Document patient progress accurately in Cerner.</li>
<li>Provide high-quality care while maintaining compliance with facility protocols.</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotation and float to other units as needed.</li>

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
Assist in preparing and distributing agronomic reports, presentations, and documentation.
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of agronomic databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain and update agronomic records, including field data, soil tests, crop plans, and pesticide application logs.
Coordinate communication between operations, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail related to operations activities.
Assist with inventory management of agronomic supplies and materials.
Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
Assist in the planning and execution of agronomic events, workshops, and field days.
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
 
Required Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in agriculture, agronomy, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the agricultural sector.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with agronomic practices, terminology, and industry standards is a plus.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

The Transportation Specialist is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting agronomic crop production input and energy products and supplies to various locations. This role requires a driver with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) committed to safety, customer service, and timely deliveries. 
The Transportation Specialist will also assist with loading and unloading products, ensuring accurate and secure transport, and maintaining vehicles in excellent working condition. The ideal candidate will have experience driving commercial vehicles, a solid understanding of crop production input and energy products, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport production ag and energy products to designated locations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of production ag input and energy products to customers, following all applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with the loading and unloading of production ag input and energy products, ensuring they are securely fastened and properly stored.
Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and manage documentation such as delivery receipts and logs.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicles promptly and coordinate repairs as needed.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the operation of commercial vehicles.
Follow company safety policies and procedures, including properly handling and transporting hazardous materials.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents during transport.
