Job Overview
\n
We are seeking a Workforce Management Applications Analyst to support, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Time & Attendance and Workforce Management/Scheduling applications.
\n
\n
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions, with experience in application configuration, integrations, business requirements, production support, and technical solution delivery.

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Configure, support, and enhance Time & Attendance and Workforce Management/Scheduling applications.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support integrations between Workforce Management/Time & Attendance applications and other enterprise systems.
- Analyze, design, configure, test, and support application solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, data, and integration issues.
- Provide stabilization and ongoing production support.
- Work with contractors and third-party vendors on projects and enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and develop technology solutions.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Participate in application testing, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions.
- Experience supporting or configuring Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or Scheduling applications.
- Experience with application configuration and production support.
- Understanding of integrations/interfaces between WFM/Time & Attendance and other enterprise systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to work onsite in Golden Valley, MN.
- Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
