A leading general contractor serving the Colorado Springs market is adding a Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth, with a focus on Commercial, federal, or related construction projects.

The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams.

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
- Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and government representatives to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
- Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
- Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
- Handle contract review, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other key project documentation in accordance with federal reporting standards

Requirements
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Ground-up project experience on federal, commercial, or industrial construction projects
- Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
