Compensation: $175,000–$210,000 + Benefits + 401(k) Match + PTO + Vehicle

Requirements: 8+ years as a Project Manager in general contracting, with experience on industrial facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or similar large-scale projects.
\n

A leading general contractor in the Bluebell area is adding a Senior Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth (candidates at the standard Project Manager level are also welcome to apply).

This firm has earned a strong regional reputation for delivering large, ground-up industrial and commercial projects, and currently holds a healthy backlog of upcoming work. The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams. This person should have a strong background on large industrial projects such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers exceeding $30M+.

Responsibilities
\n

- Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
- Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
- Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
- Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
- Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Ground-up experience on large industrial projects (manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
