Local rate: $75/hr (W2)

Travel Pay: $3300/weekly

Supports patient flow, communication, and coordination activities to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

<li>Coordinate patient scheduling, messages, records, and follow‑up activities to support efficient care delivery.</li>
\n
<li>Communicate with patients, providers, and staff to ensure accurate information exchange and smooth transitions.</li>
\n
<li>Maintain documentation, assist with regulatory compliance needs, and support daily operational workflows.</li>
\n</ul>

Minimum Requirements
\n
<ul>\n
<li>1 year as RN Case Manager (Acute/Hospital) – current/recent</li>
\n
<li>Active RN Oregon &amp; Washington/Compact license</li>
\n
<li>BLS - AHA</li>
\n</ul>
