Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Production Operator II to assemble and test electro-mechanical components and subassemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, precision assembly skills, and hands-on soldering experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies using BOMs and documented procedures.
- Perform functional testing according to customer and engineering specifications.
- Use hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment.
- Perform soldering for component and wiring assembly.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Follow established procedures and support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with small-parts assembly and soldering.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.

- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
