Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hourShift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
What’s a typical day as Concierge? You’ll be:
- Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate company representatives.
- Administering intake sign-in logs and exit satisfaction surveys to visitors.
- Scheduling 1:1 consultation appointments for licensed and certified staff as needed.
- Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally, and accurately transferring calls.
- Performing clerical duties including light filing and data entry.
- Organizing and maintaining up-to-date corporate information and telephone listings.
- Keeping the reception area stocked with current brochures, newsletters, and event calendars.
- Receiving and distributing mail, packages, supplies, and other deliveries.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bring receptionist or customer service experience in a workplace of 50+ employees.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.
- Are well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask efficiently.
- Have a professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Possess working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
