- Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and closure.
- Manage Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid projects involving software, SaaS, infrastructure, and system integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and external agencies.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate requirements meetings, project kickoffs, standups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Monitor project performance, resolve issues, manage vendor SOWs/contracts, and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while meeting business and technology objectives.
