Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? Oak Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable

Activities Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you’ll help create a fun, engaging, and meaningful environment by assisting with daily activities, special events, outings, and one-on-one resident interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and leading recreational and therapeutic activities

• Encourage resident participation in group and individual programs

• Help with holiday celebrations, community events, and outings

• Transport residents to and from activities as needed

• Maintain activity supplies and documentation

• Promote a positive, resident-centered atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, outgoing, and reliable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be able to work as part of a team
