Compensation:
$19 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service during every banquet event.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision is realized, creating memorable experiences.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
- Manage and resolve any issues that arise during events, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Conduct pre-event briefings with staff to communicate event details and expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure all necessary materials are available for events.
Qualifications:
- Better team +8
- Experience: Usually 3-5 years of experience in food service, with previous leadership roles preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move heavy equipment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; hospitality degree is a plus.
