- Ascendia Law is looking for an independent immigration attorney (student visas)

We're expanding our network of trusted counsel and are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to collaborate with us on a case-by-case basis as an independent contractor.
\n
\n
What we're looking for:
\n
• 3+ years of experience in F-1 and J-1 visas, OPT, and related student visa matters for foreign students in the U.S.
\n
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, or an LL.M. with bar admission
\n
• Admitted and in good standing in any U.S. state
\n
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
\n
• Spanish speaking is a plus
\n
• South Florida resident is a plus, but the work can be done remotely from any U.S. state
\n
\n
