  • Collaborative care environment: Work alongside experienced pediatric providers and clinical staff in a supportive, team-based outpatient setting focused on high-quality care.

  • Comprehensive pediatric services: Provide care across the full spectrum of pediatrics, including well-child visits, sick visits, chronic disease management, and behavioral health evaluations.

  • Patient- and family-centered approach: Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support healthy development and long-term wellness for children ages 0–21.

  • Established community practice: Growing pediatric organization with multiple Spokane-area locations and a strong commitment to accessible, high-quality care for local families.

Benefits and Features:\n

  • 120,000 – 150,000, depending on experience, with production bonus opportunities
  • \n

  • Full-time, Monday – Friday or 4 days/week

Your Role with the Company:\n
\n

    \n
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting serving patients from birth through age 21
  • \n

  • Perform well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, acute care visits, and chronic condition management
  • \n

  • Collaborate with physicians and care team members while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making
  • \n

  • Optional participation in pediatric urgent care coverage for additional clinical variety and compensation
  • \n

Background Profile:\n
\n

    \n
  • Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • \n

  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • \n

  • Comfortable managing a broad range of pediatric primary care conditions
  • \n
