This is a flexible 30-hour-per-week position with a wage range of $20 to $24 per hour. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, so it's essential to communicate in a friendly, helpful, and engaging manner. You will also enhance your knowledge and skills for working effectively with diverse populations.Daily TasksManage contract services, public relations, marketing, and the cooperative's financial performance.Oversee all aspects of the management officeInteracting with members, maintaining open lines of communicationReceives, reviews, and inputs invoices for paymentReceives and processes monthly member feesOrdering supplies, receiving deliveries, answering phones, and responding to emails.Maintains files, including member files, emergency contact information, and legal, financial, and contract files.Responsible for managing and executing tours of the building during open housesCoordinates the preparation of an annual budget.Responsible for the management and supervision of staff, including maintenance and janitorial servicesProcesses maintenance requestsUpholds and implements the policies and procedures of the organizationOther duties as assignedRequirementsPrevious experience in property management is preferredAbility to provide customer service in a friendly, courteous, and responsible fashion to a wide variety of residentsMust possess patience, flexibility, active listening skills, assertiveness, and compassionStrong verbal and written communication skills are essential.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritizeProven problem-solving abilities are necessary.Must be self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently or on a team.Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new software programs are required.Experience with Yardi software is a plus.Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly:WalkingStandingSittingLifting up to 25 poundsUsing electronicsReachingBenefitsOur full-time employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the following benefits:MedicalDentalVisionHSAFSAShort-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life, AD&D401 (k) with company matchCompetitive PTOPaid HolidaysWe're excited to learn more about you!
