Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers inside retail partner locations to promote products and services
- Deliver excellent customer service while guiding shoppers through product options and enrollment processes
- Build rapport with customers and answer questions confidently to ensure satisfaction
- Support brand awareness campaigns and assist with in-store promotional events
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Collaborate with retail managers and team members to optimize store performance and presentation
