Schedule: Full-Time | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually
Make a Difference in the Resident Experience
The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Concierge to serve as a welcoming resource for our residents, families, and visitors. This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience while helping ensure questions, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and facility departments.

Respond to questions, concerns, and requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Conduct regular rounds to identify resident and family needs and service concerns.

Assist residents and families with navigating facility services, appointments, and resources.

Communicate concerns to the appropriate department or Administrator and help track resolution.

Support admissions, facility tours, and new-resident introductions when needed.

Help promote a positive resident experience and high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist with special events, resident activities, and family engagement initiatives.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or long-term care preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.

Strong social and relationship-building skills.

Ability to think creatively and find solutions to resident and family needs.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work effectively with residents, families, visitors, and interdisciplinary staff.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
