Location: Lebanon, Indiana | Onsite 5–6 days per week

Contract: Initial 12 months
\n
Package: Competitive W2 hourly rate + up to $3,500 per month in reimbursable expenses
\n
\n
I am seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support site infrastructure and utilities delivery on a major pharmaceutical construction project.
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n
• Coordinate contractors, engineering teams and suppliers, driving technical and commercial issues to closure.
\n
• Review designs, monitor installed work and resolve constructability issues.
\n
• Support budget tracking, change management and contractor progress reviews.
\n
• Prepare construction turnover packages and coordinate walkthroughs and project documentation.
\n
\n
Experience required:
\n
\n
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience, or 5+ years with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
\n
• Strong understanding of civil works, infrastructure and utility systems.
\n
• Experience with contractor coordination, design reviews and construction turnover.
\n
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
\n
Typically 50 hours per week with 6:00am starts. Flexibility for weekend and off-hours work is required.
