We are hiring for a Neocloud with a project pipeline exceeding $50 billion, building gigawatt-scale data center capacity. This role drives the planning, budgeting, and risk-management engine behind the company's data centers - partnering with Construction and Design teams to turn capacity targets into executable plans, with real accountability for outcomes.

Role scope
\n

- Build, maintain, and drive integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Own project budgets and cash-flow forecasts; govern the change-order process and report earned-value KPIs weekly.
- Facilitate phase-gate and 30/60/90% design reviews; maintain RACI matrices and action logs to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle — RFP, bid analysis, award, PCO tracking, and close-out documentation.
- Partner with Construction and Design teams to translate capacity targets into executable, trackable project plans.

What we're looking for
\n

- Owner-side experience on data center construction delivery at a hyperscaler — not GC/EPC-side project controls, actual owner-side delivery.
- Currently a Project Manager ready to step up into a senior seat with real accountability for schedule and budget outcomes, not just status tracking.
- Fluency with integrated scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and earned-value / budget reporting.
- Experience owning the full contract lifecycle: RFP through close-out.
- Comfort driving phase-gate and design reviews across cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation

- Base salary: $200,000-$285,000, depending on experience and location.
- Significant pre-IPO equity.
