Our team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Broomfield, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Make ready's/Work orders
- Report updates to ownership and Property Manager
- Order necessary supplies and log inventory as needed
- Assist team with difficult projects
- Possess strong experience and knowledge in the following tasks:
- Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
- Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
- Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
- Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous Apartment Maintenance Experience
- Must have personal hand tools and drill
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Pay Range:
- $21/hr-25/hr. (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community) - Also Depending on Certifications
- Weekly pay!
