We are seeking a dedicated midlevel provider, Nurse Practitioner and or, Physician Assistant to join our Pain management clinic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care through independent and collaborative medical decision-making, including conducting patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, managing medications, and overseeing follow-up care. Working as an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and comprehensive health management in a professional, clinic-based environment.
The clinic is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnose health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage medication prescriptions and adjustments
- Provide patient education on health management and preventive care
- Coordinate care across interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
- Perform follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in healthcare provision
- State Medical License as a RN - NP, PA, or Midlevel.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Clinical assessment and patient care experience
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Effective communication skills
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
