The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Event Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati.
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in events, marketing, promotions, customer engagement, sales, or brand experiences.
\n
You don’t need previous event marketing experience. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do as a Marketing Event Assistant:

- Support marketing campaigns, events, pop-ups, trade shows, and brand activations
- Represent brands professionally at live events and promotional activities
- Engage with customers and create positive experiences
- Help generate leads and collect customer information
- Answer questions and provide customers with relevant product or service information
- Support event setup, organisation, and day-to-day activities
- Assist with follow-up and customer engagement after events
- Work alongside the marketing and event team to help deliver successful campaigns
- Track and maintain accurate lead and customer information
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign results
