Job Description

As a Canvasser/Outside Sales Trainee, you will work on a small canvassing team to generate leads and set appointments through door-to-door outreach. You will engage residential homeowners, property managers, insurance-referred customers, and commercial property owners while developing the skills needed to advance into an Outside Sales Representative or Sales Team Lead role.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas.
Generate leads for roofing and exterior sales opportunities.
Engage residential homeowners, property managers, insurance-referred customers, and commercial property owners.
Set appointments with qualified prospects.
Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the prospecting process.
Collaborate with a small canvassing team to support sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in exterior sales.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Lead generation and prospecting skills.
Customer relationship management skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.
