Your impact
- Keep spaces clean and orderly to support safe, efficient operations.
- Handle minor building repairs: locks, paint, wall fixes, and similar tasks.
- Inspect electrical panels and wiring; flag and address issues to protect people and equipment.
- Oversee contractors on site; coordinate activities and verify quality.
- Complete reports promptly and accurately.
- Install, maintain, and repair facility appliances and equipment.
- Maintain exterior areas: lighting, parking lots, and grounds.
- Replace light housings and electrical fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across building systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on compressors, HVAC, automated machinery, and mobile equipment.
- Test safety systems—including fire alarms—to ensure full functionality.
- Collaborate across teams and with external partners during renovations.
- Generate material lists and requisitions to support upcoming work.
- Participate in online and offsite equipment/safety training.

What you bring Required
- Basic mechanical tool knowledge; skilled with hand tools and meters.
- Working familiarity with one or more: HVAC, plumbing, air compressors, electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity; able to climb ladders and work up to 40 feet.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
- Technical or vocational program graduate.
- OSHA 10-hour (general industry) training.
- Drafting or welding background.
- Small engine, hydraulics, or pneumatics training.
- Experience with manlifts, scissorlifts, and forklifts.
Tools and certifications
- Comfort with forklifts and standard maintenance equipment.
- Mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair proficiency.
- OSHA 10-hour certification is valued.
