Join Our Periodontics Team!


We are seeking a friendly, professional, and compassionate Dental Office Front Desk to join our periodontal practice. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can provide an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion with a minimum of 3-5 years dental experience.


Position Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and provide a positive, professional experience
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage patient communications
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate patient information
• Review treatment plans, fees, insurance benefits, and payment options with patients
• Coordinate consultations, surgical appointments, and follow-up visits
• Communicate effectively with patients, referring dentists/specialists, and the clinical team
• Assist patients with questions regarding treatment, scheduling, financing, and insurance
• Help patients understand their recommended periodontal treatment and next steps
• Collect copayments, balances, and other patient payments
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and office policies
• Support the practice with administrative and front-office duties

Qualifications

• Previous dental front end experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Warm, compassionate, and professional personality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs
• Ability to multitask in a busy specialty practice
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
