We are seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to support and maintain CNC machine tools and production equipment. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys solving problems, minimizing downtime, and keeping equipment running at peak performance.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, routers, grinders, and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues involving bearings, ball screws, spindles, lubrication systems, and pneumatic components.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems including wiring, servo drives, sensors, relays, PLCs, and control panels.
- Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Complete machine alignments, leveling, backlash checks, and calibration activities.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate repairs with OEMs and outside service providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls.
- Mechanical maintenance experience on CNC machine tools.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and machine calibration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Shakopee, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
