Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department. If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Compensation: $65,000–$125,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.
CDJR dealership experience is preferred. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform inspections, testing, and repairs using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and quality workmanship
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience required
- CDJR dealership experience preferred
- ASE Certification preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license required
