Our organization is in search of a skilled ERCP/EUS Advanced Endoscopist for a full-time role located in Seattle, Washington. This position provides an attractive compensation package along with extensive benefits. The perfect candidate will possess advanced endoscopic skills, a thirst for knowledge, and a passion for academic pursuits. Proficiency in EUS and ERCP is essential, while experience in third-space endoscopy is a plus.
Advanced endoscopy services are available at two of our campuses—First Hill in Seattle and Issaquah on the Eastside. Our Gastroenterology team consists of 18 physicians and seven advanced practice providers, all contributing to a growing consultative practice. The program integrates tertiary and quaternary referral care, featuring a well-established general GI inpatient hospitalist service, liver transplantation, a cancer center, and advanced therapeutic ERCP/EUS services. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy, expanding practice in the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to providing top-tier gastroenterology care.

- Competitive base salary starting at $546,622, with performance-based incentives
- Total compensation could reach up to $741,568 for physicians who meet productivity benchmarks
The compensation figures mentioned may encompass productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift bonuses, as relevant to the role. Furthermore, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may also be available to providers.

Our medical center is a collaborative team of over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians operating across seven campuses in the greater Seattle area.
