Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Tampa, FL 33619
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with overtime as needed

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Recording customer orders and route service calls
- Monitor company online order system & enter orders into Beyond Trucks software
- Communicating directly with dispatch and accounting any order changes or discrepancies
- Oversee daily mailing and emailing of customer invoices
- Oversee the distribution of daily incoming mail
- Respond to emails
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- Documents coordination – maintaining an organized and accurate accounting file system, both paper and electronic
What will you need as an Administrative Assistant?
- Should possess basic phone and clerical skills
- Be computer literate
- Good customer service skills
- Must not have any felonies in the last 7 years
- Must pass a drug test
