THE ROLE

This is a full-time, cross-trained Care Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant position.
\n
Previous chiropractic or medical experience is not required.
\n
\n
We'll teach you about chiropractic and the nervous system. We'll teach you our systems and processes.
\n
\n

You'll work across the day-to-day operations of Homestead, helping protect both the practice-member experience and the details that keep the business moving.

- Create a warm, thoughtful experience for individuals, children and families
- Support new practice members through their first visits
- Manage scheduling and patient communication
- Help practice members understand office processes and their care
- Support smooth patient flow in a fast-moving environment

Details + Execution

- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation
- Manage scheduling details, follow-ups and special appointments
- Update trackers and internal systems
- Support lead, new-patient, review and conversion tracking
- Complete daily operational responsibilities
- Catch details before they become problems

THE DETAILS

This is a full-time, in-person position with a nontraditional four-day clinic schedule.
\n
\n
MONDAYS
\n
9:30 AM–1:30 PM
\n
3:00 PM–8:00 PM
\n
TUESDAYS
\n
12:00 PM–7:00 PM
\n
WEDNESDAYS
\n
9:30 AM–12:30 PM
\n
3:00 PM–6:00 PM
\n
THURSDAYS
\n
9:30 AM–2:30 PM
\n
3:00 PM–7:00 PM
\n
\n
Because we serve people and close the office together, exact end times may occasionally vary.
\n
Additional scheduled training may occur outside normal clinic hours, including Tuesday mornings, lunch periods or occasional Friday mornings. Required training time is tracked and compensated.
\n
\n
Team members are also expected to participate in:
\n
- \n
- Pre-scheduled external/community marketing events, including occasional weekends
- Approximately 2–3 internal Homestead events each quarter
- Possible team, leadership or professional-development travel approximately 1–2 weekends per year
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
These commitments are scheduled in advance whenever possible.
\n
\n
Starting Pay: $18–$20/hour + Bonus Opportunities
