A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and oversee technical projects from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
- Oversee engineering projects, priorities, timelines, and resources.
- Provide technical leadership for product development and problem-solving.
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, quality, cost, and project performance.
- Support technical risk management and strategic engineering initiatives.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 4+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- 2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
- Manufacturing, automation, machinery, or industrial experience preferred.
- Strong technical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
