Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) supports utility, telecom, rail, and construction markets with a 10,000+ unit fleet. With 30+ years in business, 40+ locations, and 2,600 employees, we’re expanding our field team.
Territory & Travel
- Primary coverage: Louisiana, Mississippi, East Texas, and Western Alabama.
- Frequent Gulf Coast work serving oil, gas, and utility clients.
- Overnight travel is required.
Your Impact
- Diagnose and repair aerial, construction, and light-/heavy-duty truck equipment in the field: bucket trucks, digger derricks, cranes, service trucks, and related utility gear.
- Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems with confidence and accuracy.
- Perform inspections, parts replacement, and repairs on CTOS rental and customer units, including DOT inspections and dielectric testing.
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of shop and field experience.
- Proven experience with utility, construction (yellow iron), or heavy equipment (CAT, Deere, Komatsu) and medium/heavy-duty trucks.
- Ability to work independently and within a team; strong organization and field readiness.
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class B a plus. Personal tools required.
