Snow Equipment Operators
Business Location is in Savage, MN
Starting at $28+/hour (DOE) with competitive pay based on experience

Whether you have experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, or tractors, or willing to learn, we'd love to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
- Operate assigned snow removal equipment during snow events.
- Clear commercial parking lots, drive lanes, and sidewalks on contracted properties.
- Work safely and efficiently in changing winter conditions.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members throughout each event.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, tractors, or similar equipment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all winter weather conditions.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends as snow events require.
