The Production Assistant is an entry-level position supporting our Technician team on water damage, mold, and biohazard restoration jobs across the DC Metro area. Working under the direct supervision of a Technician or Lead, the Production Assistant learns the fundamentals of restoration while contributing to active job sites and learning the skills to become a Technician once training is completed.

PAY & JOB TYPE

Hourly Full-Time · Monday–Friday, Weekends as needed, On-call rotation

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Reliable transportation to the main office (Alexandria, VA)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist Technicians with equipment setup, placement, and monitoring on active job sites

• Support demolition, debris removal, and structural drying tasks as directed

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout all phases

• Follow all instructions from the supervising Technician or Lead Technician

• Communicate clearly with team members and maintain a professional presence with customers
