What You'll Do
- Greet, educate, and assist customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying process
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and financing
- Negotiate and close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM
- Stay current on vehicle products, technology, incentives, and promotions
- Work as part of a professional sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals

- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
