Role Summary
\n
The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Support Engineer provides technical support for MES applications used in manufacturing operations. The role focuses on system support, incident resolution, MES maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Production, Quality, Automation, IT, and Business teams. This position requires working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Provide Tier 1-3 support for MES applications and manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
- Maintain MES master data, workflows, recipes, eBRs, and system configurations.
- Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and change management activities.
- Monitor MES performance and support manufacturing execution processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Automation, CSV, IT, and Digital teams.
- Participate in process improvements, site deployments, and global rollouts.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Exposure to MES platforms such as PharmaSuite, Syncade, DeltaV MES, Opcenter, Camstar, Tulip, or similar applications preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, industrial processes, and digital manufacturing concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
