Mangos Southern Kitchen & Bar is seeking a polished, personable Fine Dining Server to provide attentive service and create a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and confidence guiding guests through our menu and beverage offerings.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and deliver professional, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and specials while offering thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
- Communicate allergies and dietary requests accurately to the kitchen.
- Take orders, coordinate course timing, and ensure accurate presentation and delivery.
- Maintain clean, organized tables and uphold dining room presentation standards.
- Process payments accurately and address guest concerns with care.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and service team to keep service running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous upscale or fine dining service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and craft cocktails.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Dependability, teamwork, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
