Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians in identifying and sourcing the exact parts needed for vehicle repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily cycle counts and proactive ordering.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to walk-in customers looking for vehicle components or accessories.
- Organize and stock the parts department to ensure high efficiency and easy access to frequently used items.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and communicate delivery timelines to the service department.
- Keep meticulous records of all sales, returns, and inventory adjustments.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in automotive parts management or a related retail environment.
- Strong familiarity with automotive components and technical terminology.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and database navigation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage warehouse flow.
- Previous experience with CDK or similar dealership management systems is a plus.
