We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee plant operations, ensure quality control, and contribute to improving overall plant efficiency through hands-on involvement and problem-solving. You will work closely with a larger team in a fast-paced environment, supporting both daytime and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment
- Log and record equipment readings and procedural data
- Maintain quality control standards throughout production
- Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
- Handle materials safely and efficiently within the production process
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in plant operations or related fields
- Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in plant operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Experience with equipment operation, troubleshooting, and quality control
- Proficient in data logging
- Physical stamina and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and time management abilities
