Oxford Solutions is seeking an Interview Scheduling Specialist / Coordinator to support a large-scale hiring initiative for a client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This is a high-volume contract opportunity supporting Talent Acquisition through the end of the year.

The ideal candidate has experience coordinating interviews in a corporate or enterprise recruiting environment and is comfortable managing multiple calendars, competing priorities, and frequent scheduling changes. Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal interview teams.
  • Manage interview calendars, meeting invitations, virtual meeting details, and related logistics.
  • Confirm interviews with candidates and provide scheduling updates.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones while maintaining an organized and efficient process.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to track scheduling activity and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Address calendar conflicts, cancellations, reschedules, and last-minute changes.
  • Help provide candidates and hiring teams with a smooth, professional interview experience throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, HR, or high-volume interview scheduling.
  • Experience working within a corporate or enterprise recruiting environment preferred.
  • Strong calendar management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of scheduling activity and shifting priorities.
  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or similar corporate scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be located in the U.S. and able to consistently work Eastern Time business hours.

This is an immediate contract opportunity for someone who can quickly step into a fast-paced recruiting operation and help support a significant year-end hiring push.
