Oxford Solutions is seeking an Interview Scheduling Specialist / Coordinator to support a large-scale hiring initiative for a client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This is a high-volume contract opportunity supporting Talent Acquisition through the end of the year.
The ideal candidate has experience coordinating interviews in a corporate or enterprise recruiting environment and is comfortable managing multiple calendars, competing priorities, and frequent scheduling changes. Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal interview teams.
- Manage interview calendars, meeting invitations, virtual meeting details, and related logistics.
- Confirm interviews with candidates and provide scheduling updates.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones while maintaining an organized and efficient process.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to track scheduling activity and keep stakeholders informed.
- Address calendar conflicts, cancellations, reschedules, and last-minute changes.
- Help provide candidates and hiring teams with a smooth, professional interview experience throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, HR, or high-volume interview scheduling.
- Experience working within a corporate or enterprise recruiting environment preferred.
- Strong calendar management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of scheduling activity and shifting priorities.
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or similar corporate scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be located in the U.S. and able to consistently work Eastern Time business hours.
