Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through virtual consultations.

- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), delivering structured and effective treatment.
- Provide compassionate support for clients coping with PTSD, employing strategies that empower them in their healing journeys.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring clients have access to additional resources when necessary.

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- A current and active California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- At least two years of applicable experience providing therapy and case management services in a clinical or community setting.
- Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ABA, or other recognized therapy models.
- Demonstrated ability to connect effectively with a broad demographic, including diverse populations and families.
- Strong skills in communication, documentation, and organization.
