Key Responsibilities
- Perform system data cleanup activities, including reviewing, validating, and correcting legacy or inaccurate data
- Assist with setup and configuration of new systems, including data migration, user testing, and documentation
- Support the development, revision, and formatting of SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation
- Collaborate with team members to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Organize and maintain system and process documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and system demonstrations as needed
- Perform additional administrative or project-based tasks to support the team as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or associate degree program (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with databases or enterprise systems is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow established procedures while also identifying gaps or inconsistencies
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or experience related to quality systems, process documentation, or data management
- Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions, or regulated environments (manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
- Experience with system implementation, data validation, or process mapping
