A well-established, small litigation firm in Mineola, NY is seeking a litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join our team.
\n

Our focus is construction litigation, including mechanic's lien enforcement. We pride ourselves on providing clients with the type of work clients would expect from a larger firm.

You will get incomparable experience and true ownership of your cases from day one.

\n
The practice extends to general commercial litigation and real estate matters, giving associates broad, well-rounded litigation experience.

What you'll do:
\n
Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
\n
Manage discovery and take/defend depositions
\n
Appear in New York State and Federal Court, including trials
\n
Work directly on active construction, commercial, and real estate litigation
\n
\n
