Woods and Water Family Dental is a start-up family-owned dental practice in Cloquet, MN and we are growing! The Care Coordinator is a patient-focused team member responsible for creating a welcoming and organized experience for patients. As one of the first people patients interact with, this role includes greeting patients, answering phones, coordinating appointments, and supporting communication before and after teatment.
The Care Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining an efficient and productive schedule for both the doctor and hygiene team. Responsibilities include assisting with confirming appointments, filling schedule openings, verifying and updating insurance information in Open Dental and helping support the overall flow of the office. Strong organization, attention to detail, strong computer skills, comfortable taking payments and posting to patients accounts and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. This role has opportunities for growth. Pay is based on experience, responsibilities and value you bring to the practice.
