As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of our clients. Our team-oriented culture and patient-centered approach ensure that each client receives personalized attention and care that exceeds their expectations.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility exercises

Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our nurses and healthcare team

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Alabama

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
